Brake Calipers
Brake calipers squeeze the brake pads against the rotors to slow the vehicle.
What it does
Convert hydraulic brake pressure into clamping force at each disc brake.

- Car pulls when braking
- One wheel gets hot

Maintenance notes
- Inspect slide pins, boots, and piston movement during brake service.
- Do not ignore one wheel that runs hotter than the others.
- Replace contaminated pads and repair the caliper cause together.
